- This Level 1 Formation Course for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd will be held on the following dates:
  August 30-31, 2025
  September 27-28, 2025
  October 18-19, 2025
  October 25-26, 2025
  November 15-16, 2025
  March 7-8, 2026
  March 21-22, 2026
  April 11-12, 2026
- The total cost of the course is:
  $300 for Carroll County, IA residents
  $600 for non-residents
- Participants from the Sioux City, IA diocese are encouraged to apply for the Catholic Lay Apostolate Scholarship for tuition assistance. Recipients of the scholarship will be reimbursed for the amount awarded after training has been completed.
- All participants are responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses and arrangements.
